Kenderdine Park is a great place to work and we are proud of our minimal staff turnover. Currently all of our healthcare assistants have worked at Kenderdine Park for a minimum of 10 years with some reaching 25 years! All staff are selected and trained with patience, understanding and a priority for care. You will often hear our staff calling residents “aunty, uncle, mama, my darling” and the like. We get to know our residents and strive to make them as comfortable and seen as possible. Senior Management:
