Currently all of our healthcare assistants have worked at Kenderdine Park for a minimum of 10 years with some reaching over 25 years! All staff are selected and trained with patience, understanding and a priority for care. You will often hear our staff calling residents &#8220;aunty, uncle, mama, my darling&#8221; and the like.
